Open Days
An open day is the moment to taste the atmosphere at the ETF and to get to know more about our educational programs. You are provided with information about the programs, you meet staff and students, attend the weekly chapel service and follow lectures. These days are intended to answer all questions you may have.
The open day program runs from 9:30 am to 3:40 pm, after which individual discussions are possible. The open day about Open University starts at 8:45 with the chapel service and lectures can be attended until at least 16:50.
Soup and sandwiches are provided during lunch.
Do you come from far? There are many options for overnight stays in and around Leuven.
Calculate your route to ETF Leuven in advance. Please note that the busy traffic on the Ring around Antwerp and Brussels almost always causes traffic jams in the morning.

Day visit
Should none of these dates be convenient to you, you can shadow an ETF student for a day: you attend the lectures, get to see the faculty and the residence hall, and eat with the students and staff in the dining hall. It would be most ideal to plan your visit on a Wednesday or a Thursday.
