Evangelische Theologische Faculteit, Leuven, cordially invites you to attend the official opening of the academic year 2024-2025 on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 8:00 pm* in the chapel of the faculty.
Prof. Dr. Steven van den Heuvel will present his inaugural lecture as Professor of Systematic Theology, entitled:
‘Who is Jesus Christ for us Today?’ Bonhoeffer’s Ethics of Responsibility as a Promising Paradigm for Contemporary Public Theology
The lecture will be in English. After the official ceremony there will be a reception in the dining hall.

*Professors are welcome to walk in the procession (in their academic regalia). They are expected in LCCS room 0103, no later than 7:45 pm.
