Opening Hours

Due to measures taken to limit the spread of the coronavirus in Belgium, the reception and offices of ETF Leuven are closed until 3 April. Our employees usually work from home and can be reached via their email address. If you have a general question, please email us at .

The reception is open and can be reached by telephone Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The ETF is closed between Christmas and New Year, on all bank holidays and during our four week Summer break. Please consult our academic calendar 2020-2021.
