Looking for a great location for your event, meeting or study day? Renting a space at ETF Leuven offers numerous advantages. Our campus is located on the outskirts of Leuven, close to the motorway and easily accessible by public transport. Thanks to the green surroundings, you can relax during your event with a walk in between.

We offer a wide range of rooms and facilities, suitable for all kinds of gatherings — from small-scale meetings to multi-day conferences. You can use our chapel (250 seats), dining room (200 seats), kitchens or one of the meeting rooms (suitable for 4 to 80 people). Our lounge is ideal for a more informal setting, and our attractive courtyard garden offers the possibility of organizing your event (partly) outdoors.

We are also happy to provide catering: from a dinner or reception to drinks, anything is possible. Would you prefer to take care of the catering yourself? That is also possible. With two guest rooms — and extra rooms available during the summer holidays — we can also provide accommodation for multi-day events.
