"Leadership" is always connected with "power". Leaders ask themselves: How shall I use my power? Which sort of power can I use? How do I prevent myself from misusing my power?We will have a look at different facets of power: philosophical-theological, sociological, and intercultural. Special attention will be given to power addiction and how to deal with power addicts.
