The ETF is reachable by phone on weekdays from 09.00 till 16.30h, except:
- during coffee break from 10.30 till 11.00h
- during lunch break from 12.30 till 13.30h (on Wednesday from 12.00 to 13.30h)
The Reception is open on:
- Monday and Wednesday: from 14.00 till 16.00h
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: from 11.00 till 12.30h
The Library is open on:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00 to 22.00h
- Wednesday from 9.00 to 11.45 and from 13.30 to 22.00h (closed for Chapel Service and lunch)
- Saturday from 9.00 to 17.00h
On Sunday and all official holidays the library is closed.

The Library Office is open on:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00 to 13.00h and from 13.30 to 16.00h
- Wednesday from 9.00 to 12.00h and from 13.30 to 16.00h
On Saturday, Sunday and all official holidays the library office is closed.
Directions   
By train from Brussels Airport to the railway station in Leuven 
Enter 'Brussels Airport' as where you want to leave and 'Leuven' (not 'Louvain-la-Neuwe') as destination on the SNCB website
A ticket from Brussels Airport to Leuven is approximately €5 per person.
By bus from the railway station in Leuven to the ETF 
The bus station is located on your right as you exit the front entrance of the railway station. From the railway station in leuven, lines 7-8-9 to Egenhoven - Bertem and line 395 to Overijse - Groenendaal pass by the ETF, bus stop Groeneweg. The bus stop is right in front of the ETF. Ask the bus driver to stop accross the 'old Jesuit Seminary' if you feel you need to.
There aren't many busses in the evening, the last one leaves at 22.40h.
By car from the E40 (Brussels - Liege)
Take the exit onto the E314 (Leuven-Hasselt-Genk) but immediately bear right because the exit onto the connector to Leuven-Centrum is only about one km from the E40. Go on the connector only about one kilometre to the first traffic lights, where you turn left. The huge building of the ETF will be on your right after about 200 meters.
By car from the E314 (from Limburg)
Take exit 15 towards Leuven-Centrum. After about one km on the connector to Leuven-Centrum you have the first traffic lights, where you turn left. The huge building of the ETF will be on your right after about 200 meters.
